Billing questions
How do I pay?
Checkout runs on Polar, which is the seller of record and handles sales tax and VAT. Polar takes cards and the usual wallets.
How do I get Pro after paying?
Polar emails you a license key. Paste it into the Pro box on any page, or under Account. That browser is then signed in. On another device, paste the key again or use a passkey.
What if I lose my key?
It's in Polar's customer portal: open polar.sh/d-fraser/portal, sign in with the email you used at checkout, and the key is listed under Curator Match Pro. Write to me if that fails.
Do prices change?
If the price goes up, people who already paid keep Pro. There's no subscription to renew.
How do refunds work?
Within 14 days of buying, for any reason. Write to the contact address with the email you paid with. The license stops working when the refund goes through.
