Democracy Brothers
You can't escape democracy and freedom.
3 warning signs, 4 points
Three or more points: I leave it out of search results unless you ask to see curators with several signs.
- Never says noIt recommended 587 of the 587 games it rated and turned down none. Some honest curators only post games they like, so read a few of its reviews.1 pt
- 13% high-value followersSteam counts only 13% of its followers as "high value" accounts. For half the curators I track it's over 55%. Bought or bot followers would push this down.1 pt
- Ring of 5 pages4 other curators recommended 8 or more of the same games on the same days as it did. Rings of pages run by one person look like this.2 pts
Each sign comes with the reason, so you can check it. How each sign works.
When it posts
One square per day over the last year. Real reviewers post a few times a week; resellers post in floods.
I've read 100 of its posts, back to Nov 11, 2025. Steam shows the latest 100 at a time, so older days may be missing.
Follower history
Bought followers arrive in jumps. Real curators gain a few a day.
I record every curator's followers once a day, starting Oct 31, 2026. The chart appears after three readings, and marks any jump of 500 or more in a week. Nobody else keeps this history, and it can't be filled in after the fact.
Same games, same days
Pages run by one person or one group look like this. Press outlets share a few same-day reviews because of embargoes, rarely 8. Thicker lines mean more shared same-day games; lines between the outer pages mean they share them with each other too. A red ring marks a page with several warning signs of its own.
| Curator | Followers | High value | Same-day games |
|---|---|---|---|
| 24,201 | 11% | 12 | |
| 15,547 | 9% | 9 | |
| 17,188 | 19% | 8 | |
